Effective Date: April 2026. By accessing the CityChipUSA LLC website and utilizing our enterprise Artificial Intelligence services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. Enterprise Services Provision1. Provisión de Servicios Corporativos

CityChipUSA provides custom machine learning, cognitive NLP, and intelligent automation architectural services. Specific deliverables, deployment timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding model accuracy and uptime are defined individually in Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed with each client.CityChipUSA provee servicios de arquitectura de machine learning a medida, NLP cognitivo y automatización inteligente. You retain full ownership of all proprietary data, documents, and infrastructure provided to us. CityChipUSA retains ownership of our pre-existing algorithms, foundational codebases, and RAG pipelines. The custom-trained model weights generated using your data become your exclusive intellectual property upon full payment of services.Usted retiene la propiedad total de todos los datos, documentos e infraestructura propietarios que nos proporcione. 4. Limitation of Liability4. Limitación de Responsabilidad

While we engineer systems for 99.9% accuracy, AI models are probabilistic by nature. CityChipUSA shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business damages resulting from decisions made autonomously by AI systems, unless explicit human-in-the-loop (HITL) overrides were negligently bypassed by our team.Aunque diseñamos sistemas para una precisión del 99.9%, los modelos de IA son probabilísticos por naturaleza. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
